How To Play:

1. Register on-line with Grid1One Commodities Group, LLC by using the following registration instructions and sign-up for our MoreLightWithGrid1One Price Group or any of our FREE membership types. 

A.    Go to www.grid1one.com and click on the “Register Now” link.

B.    On the registration form, select Client Type “Regular User”.

C.    Create a login/password that you will remember.

D.    Complete all requested information ( indicates required fields).

E.     Select Membership Type “MoreLightWithGrid1One” (Free Membership – do not complete enrollment forms presented at end of registration process at this time.)    

F.     “I Am Interested In” select all that apply. (If interested in our Better Utility Rates for utilities, be sure to tell us how much energy you currently use by clicking on the utility link(s) and enter your monthly usage for each utility.)

G.    Accept Terms and Conditions” and click on Submit button.

H.    Select COD payment option.

I.       Complete remaining questions and ‘Submit’ registration.

Once submitted, Grid1One will validate your registration and set account to “Active”. You will be notified via email that your account is active and then you can begin using our website’s many features including our e-Click & Match Game.

Note: Paid memberships Price Groups receive discounted pricing on products and services purchased through Grid1One Commodities Group, LLC. Membership level change permitted at anytime.

2. To play e-Click & Match, from our web site click on our GridPAGES link. e-Click & Match Game Cards are associated with certain advertising links in our merchant Directory and our News articles. To access game cards, click on our Directory or News category. Once there, look for links or articles displaying our e-CMG logo, click on the "Details" link of the link or article to reveal our “Play" e-CMG link. As you read/view link or article, the "Play" link can be found in the bottom of the chosen link or article. Once you click on a “Play" link, you will be presented with a game card. Simply mouse over each game square and click your mouse to reveal any winning cash or other prize.
3. You may click on a link (play) as often as you like, but you are limited to clicking the same link only once per day for winning prizes.
4. If you match three of the same images, “You Are A Winner” and you simply need to follow the prize redemption rules listed on the prize. To view a list of available prizes, from GridPAGES, click on or Prizes List.
5. If you match three Grid1One logos, you will win an automatic entry in our annual e-CMG to be held once annually for a large cash or other prize of substantial value to be determined by advertiser revenues generated over the prior twelve months immediately preceding our annual e-CMG period.    
6. All winning prize players who won any e-CMG prize during the twelve month period immediately preceding our annual e-CMG will be automatically entered in our annual e-CMG.  Our annual e-CMG will be a seven day lock-out period for daily e-CMG playing. If no grand prize winner is determined for our annual e-CMG during the seven day lock-out period, any prize available for this annual prize will then be made available to all registered players as a daily prize for an additional seven day period. If no winner is determined during this final seven day period, the any prize will be rolled over to our 2^nd annual e-CMG and continue in this manner until a winner is determined or until Grid1One Commodities Group, LLC at its sole discretion determines to make prizes available through other e-CMG methods.
7. e-CMG player’s odds of winning a prize are 1 in 1,000,000. A random number generator will assign a number to each e-CMG card each time a player clicks on the e-CMG link. If this e-CMG card random number assigned matches pre-determined random winning numbers in prize table, “You Are A Winner”.   

Who May Play:

e-CMG is open to residents of the Untied States, 18 years of age or older (validation required at redemption), except employees of Grid1One Commodities Group, LLC, their affiliated companies, agents and members of their respective families. Game is void in any state where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Any prize won where prohibited by law, will be disposed of at the discretion of Grid1One Commodities Group, LLC and its affiliated companies and agents at their discretion.

No Purchase Necessary To Play:

e-CMG is a web based electronic game which only requires access to our web site www.grid1one.com and registration with Grid1One Commodities Group, LLC to play. If you do not own a computer, you can access our web site by visiting may local libraries and using their computers or you may visit an internet cafe and use their computers for a fee at your expense.

Prize Claim/Redemption:

Any winning prize will be accessible via the My Prizes link in GridPAGES. To claim/redeem any winning prize, simply click on the redemption link associated with any winning prize in your “My Prizes Won” link within the My Prizes link. Follow the redemptions rules associated with your winning prizes. This generally requires winners to print a prize redemption coupon which will have a unique prize serial number associated with the winning prize. Prize redemption validation is required by Grid1One Commodities Group, LLC or any affiliated prize donor.

Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility prior to receipt of prize. By acceptance of their prize, winners consent to use of their names, photographs and other likenesses for purposes of advertising and promotion on behalf of Grid1One Commodities Group, LLC without further compensation unless prohibited by law. In the event of any type of e-CMG fraud by any participant, Grid1One Commodities Group, LLC reserves the right to deem e-CMG null and void. Grid1One Commodities Group, LLC reserves the right to deem any e-CMG null and void if any error occurs during e-CMG even if the error is determined to have been caused by a person or persons employed by or affiliated with Grid1One Commodities Group, LLC.  Game players and winners agree that Grid1One Commodities Group, LLC and its affiliated companies and agents shall not be liable for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from participation in any aspect of this game or acceptance of or use of any prize. By participating in this promotion, game players agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Grid1One Commodities Group, LLC which are final.
